Data Sovereignty, Security and Compliance
Public Safety Tools was designed to align with the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security Guidance (ITSP.40.111) for the storage and transmission of up to and including Protected B information. All operational data is secured via enterprise-grade, 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) protocols and stored on Microsoft Azure servers hosted in Canada.
Our Origin Story
Public Safety Tools was conceived in early 2023. As first responders to a tragic double-homicide (R. v. Campbell, 2026 MBKB 25), we discovered that the violent offender responsible was out on bail. A subsequent review of offender management procedures revealed a critical gap: there was no standardized, efficient system for proactive bail enforcement.
We built Public Safety Tools to close that gap. Today, it serves as our flagship software for law enforcement agencies. Designed by a team with over 10 combined years of policing experience, we have transformed the tedious, fragmented challenge of traditional offender management into a streamlined, intuitive system — all while directly enhancing officer safety and situational awareness.
